Our Mission:

Produce quality livestock for beef consumption and equine activities while educating the public on agricultural realities and sharing a modern-day ranching lifestyle and heritage.

Our Values:

Integrity, Quality, Respect

Our Philosophy:

We have grown to develop and implement, over generations, techniques with horses and cattle that we not only believe, but know, are necessary for production and respect toward the animals.

Our approach to animal husbandry and handling is based on body language and overall care for our livestock. We capitalize natural behaviors of cattle and horses when we calve, foal, move herds, doctor, de-worm, brand, ship, and train.

Implementation of gentle and quiet techniques directly result in better beef yields, quieter, more relaxed horses and a ranch that does not operate with drama.

We do our best to foresee dangers and mitigate them before there becomes an issue. Our work can be dangerous at times, and we refuse to increase safety issues by acting like cowboys.

We are ranchers. We are horsemen. We are cattlemen. We want what is not only best for our animals, but also our well-being. We are stockmen.

Brandon has always run an ‘open shop’ during training sessions for horses. This means that owners of horses currently undergoing training are welcome to stop by any time to discuss and observe the horse’s progress.

We also do this for our overall ranch operations. If beef buyers want to see their butcher animals and receive an update, they are more than welcome.

There is no reason to hide how we do things. We have opened our ranch to the public through social media, so there is no reason we cannot host physical visitors as well.

Quality is always, not sometimes!
